Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items, including all tags and designer packaging, into a secure shipping box to ensure they remain in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and use your tracking number to monitor the progress until it reaches our quality control center.
